Alice A. Rodvansky, 81, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in Easton Hospital. Born: Alice was born in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Gerek) Kurcsak. Personal: Alice and her husband John Rodvansky, celebrated 51 years of marriage last October. She was a graduate of Tottenville High School, Staten Island, NY. Alice volunteered at Easton Hospital at the information desk in ICU for 14 years, and with pastoral care. Memberships: Alice was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church in Staten Island, NY; and the Eastern Star, where she served as Worthy Matron. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Alice is survived by a daughter Rachael Melendez and husband Patrick of Palmer Twp.; brothers Norman Kurcsak, James Kurcsak, and Gordon Lawson, all of OH; and a grandson Christopher Melendez of Palmer Twp. Services: A gathering will be held on Saturday from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a Memorial Service at 4:30 pm in the funeral home.
