Name: Anna V. Crowell, 96, of Palmer Twp, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8that Easton Hospital with her daughters by her side. Born: Anna was born on June 11, 1915 in Pen Argyl, PA, a daughter of the late Valentine (William) and Elizabeth Mudry Borowski. Personal: Anna was married to Robert A. Crowell in 1941, with whom she celebrated 63 years of marriage before his death in 2005. Anna enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and crocheting. She and her husband Robert enjoyed bus trips to Atlantic City. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who will be dearly missed by her daughters, who were her caregivers at home. Memberships: She was a life member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Survivors: Anna is survived by daughters Lorraine and Constance Crowell of Palmer Twp, sister Jennie Strazewski and brother George Borowski. She is preceded in death by siblings John Borowski, Elizabeth Ballato, Michael Borowski, Julie Borowski, Helen Borowski, Margaret Demel, Sophie Hendershot, Frank Borowski, Marion Borowski, Andrew Borowski and Stephen Borowski. Services: Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6 pm to 8 pm, an additional calling hour will be held on Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue in Easton. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
