Name: Anna Iachini, 82 of Easton passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hospice Unit, Allentown. Born: She was born in 1930 in Easton a daughter of the late Rocco and Maria Vincenza Iachini, Sr. Personal: Anna was employed as a treater operator for the former Dixie Cup and later for American Can retiring in 1989. She was a graduate of Easton High School class of 1947. Memberships: Anna was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Easton. She also was a member of the United Paper Workers Union Local 412. Survivors: Anna is survived by her companion, Sam Heard, brothers Antonio Iachini and wife Theresa of Easton, Carlo Iachini and wife Cathy of Cordele, GA and Rocco Iachini, Jr. and wife Nancy of Bethlehem Twp, and seven nephews and a niece. Services: A calling hour will be held on Tuesday from 8:15am until 9:15am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00am in the church, 9th and Lehigh Streets in Easton. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
