It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anna Wegener, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Anna was born on October 12, 1933 in Manhattan, New York City and passed away peacefully on June 1, 2023 in Bath, Pennsylvania.

Anna was a devoted wife to her late husband, Paul W. Wegener, and a loving mother to her children, Paula Barettino, Anthony Wegener, Paul Wegener, and wife Edna Wegener.  She was a proud grandmother to Edward, Diane, Paul, Dawn, Anthony Jr., Vincent, Gina, Elaina, Dana, and great-grandmother to Leo, Lucas, Nicholas, Aria, Daniella, Brielle, Hailey, Delaney, and Bianca.

Anna was a selfless and devoted woman who cherished her family above all else. She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed playing bingo and cheering on the New York Mets. Anna was proud to be from New York City and was known for her delicious meatballs and eggplant parmigiano.

Calling hours will take place from 9am-10am on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) Anna will join her husband, Paul, at Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York.
