Anthony C. Alercia, 72, of Easton, PA, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 in St. Lukes Hospital. Anthony was born in Easton, PA a son of the late Joseph and Rita ( Abate) Alercia. Anthony was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1962. Anthony served in the US Navy from 1962-1964, he served on USS Sabine, than was honorable discharged in 1965. He worked as a self-employed private detective, for several years before becoming disabled. He was a member of the NRA and the American Legion. Anthony is survived by three daughters: Tina Ehret, of Dewart, PA , Jennifer Alercia, of Easton, and Toni Ellis and her husband Will, of Newport News, VA., a sister Virginia Bailey and her husband Butch, a brother Joseph Alercia, of Bethlehem, 5 grandchildren: Michael, Nicholas, William, Tiffany, and Alexander; and a great grandchild: Vance.
