Anthony Joseph Sabella, 81, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018 in St. Luke's Hospital Fountain Hill.

Anthony was born in Brooklyn, NY, a son of the late Dominic and Kathrine (Sarcona) Sabella.

Anthony left behind his wife Nicole (Folmar) Sabella, and his furry "peeps". He was an Operational Engineer and welder for International Operating Engineers Local 15, New York. He was an Iron worker who helped build the world trade center and later after the tragedy on September 11, 2001 was one of the workers who helped with the recovery and clean-up and building the memorial.

In addition to his wife, Anthony is survived by a son Michael Sabella; daughters Victoria Sabella, Gina Sabella, Beth Ann Lerch, Kris Sales; a brother John Sabella; thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a son Robert Sabella; a brother Joseph Sabella; and a sister RoseAnn Fierro.

Calling hours will be held on October 20, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm in the funeral home.
