Antonino DiFrancesca, 76, of Palmer Township, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 in St. Lukes Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. He was born on September 1, 1938 in Castel di Lucio, Sicily, a son to the late Placido and Rosaria Domina DiFrancesca. Antonino was a member of St. Anthony of Padua, in Easton. He was a loving husband, a caring father, a dedicated grand and great grandfather, a loyal friend, and a kind man. He had something nice to say about anyone and everyone he ever met. He was always so proud of his children and grandchildren who will forever hold a special place in their hearts for him. Words cannot express the depth of sorrow; however we will all greet him again one day. Antonino "Tony" was survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Evelyn DiFrancesca, his children: Mary Beers, Patti Breiner and her husband Dennis, JoAnn DiFrancesca, Anthony DiFrancesco and his wife Anne, and Jon DiFrancesco and his wife Rebecca; grandchildren: Tara, Liz, Veronica, Heather, Megan, Zachary, Jacob, Nathan, Amanda, Eric, Sara, Julia, Madison, Anthony, Mara, Teagan, and great grandchildren: Rai, Dylan, Gianna, and Leo; his brothers and sisters, Santa DiPasquale , John DiFrancesca and his wife Kay, Joe DiFrancesca and his wife Pam, and Sadie Roscioli. He will be eternally missed, always loved and remembered.
