Axton Luis Rodriguez, 4 months and 27 days old, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA.

He was the son of Axel Luis Rodriguez, Jr. and Brittany Marie Lugo; he was born in Easton, PA on January 22, 2021.

In addition to his parents, Axton is survived by his big sister, Arabella "Bella" Marie Rodriguez; maternal grandmother, Janet Melissa Lugo; and paternal grandmother Wandy Rivera-Rodriguez.

Axton was greeted in heaven by his paternal grandfather, Axel Luis Rodriguez, Sr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of the nurses, doctors and staff at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for taking excellent care of their "Papa Bear" during his time here on earth.
