Obituary

Barry Miller Warrick, 75, of Easton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in New Eastwood Nursing Home. Barry was born in Pen Argyl, PA, a son of the late William Miller and Elizabeth Marie (Decker) Warrick. He is survived by a brother Craig Warrick, and dear friends Joyce and Don Detweiler, and Gregory Smith.
Barry graduated from Bangor High School in 1961, where he played football. He was a Vietnam vet, serving in the United States Coast Guard from 1962-66, and was honorably discharged. He also served in the New Jersey National Guard from 1977-79. After working at the Texas Department of Corrections from 1982-87, for most of the rest of his work life, he was employed in the security field, both armed and unarmed.
Barry was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, a longtime NRA supporter, and a proud member of the V.F.W. in Bangor, PA for many years. He was also the consummate handyman, equally skilled at working on houses and cars, and was always available to help you with your project when you needed him. Barry also loved the two cats that shared his later life with him in his apartment, Mojo then Tigger.
