Bhagirathy Parasuraman, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at home with her loving family by her side.

Bhagirathy was born in Kerala, India on July 10, 1933, a daughter of the late V.G. and Venkatambal Ramaswamy. She graduated high school and later married Thekkemadam R. Parasuraman, until his passing in December of 2018. They had three children together and she provided a warm and loving home for her family.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Thekkemadom P. Ramakrishnan and his wife, Radha; daughters Padma Ramachandran and Prema Ramakrishnan and her husband, M.R. Ramakrishnan; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a sister and brother in India; and a brother in Florida.
