In loving memory of Blanca Estela Rodriguez who passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday September 2, 2024 at St. Lukes Hospital, Anderson campus.  Blanca was born on May 6, 1957 in Chalatenango, El Salvador to Vicenta Martinez and  Manuel Enrique Landaverde.

Blanca was married to the late Raymundo Arturo Rodriquez where they lived in Elizabeth NJ and raised their 2 children.  Blanca worked as a seamstress for many years. Blanca was very outgoing and always had a way of making people laugh.  Blanca will be remembered as the life of the party as she enjoyed every aspect of living, listening to music on her iPod, dancing, and spending time with her family. She also especially enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and her dog, Princess. Blanca was a hard worker who enjoyed the company of others as she talked about everything and anything about life. One of her hobbies was buying all types of jewelry.   She also enjoyed eating her favorite foods especially fruit, fried fish, and eating desserts including flan and cake.

Blanca  is survived by her son, Jose Landaverde; grandchildren, Jesenia and Jose Jr.; daughter, Edith Gomez;
grandchildren, Marylin, Jose, Lissette, Emily, and Jorge; seven great grandchildren; one Godchild, Joaquin; three sisters, Sofia, Haydee, and Tona. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
