Bonnie J. Barber

Bonnie J. Barber, 77, of Bethlehem Twp., PA passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus surrounded by family. Born on April 7, 1949 in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bernice (Smith) and stepdaughter of Russell Galante Sr.

She was the loving wife of Bruce Barber and a devoted mother to their two children. She enjoyed playing puzzle games and exercise class in the swimming pool at the Bethlehem Twp. Community Center. She was an avid collector of M&M memorabilia. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Bruce, Bonnie is survived by her son, Matthew Barber and his wife, Barbara; daughter, Jennifer Werkheiser and her husband, Robert; brother, Russell Galante and his wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Amanda Werkheiser, Anthony Barber, and Jonathan Barber.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM followed by interment at Northampton Memorial Shrine, Green Pond Road, Easton.
