Carl J. Persichini, 73, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in his home surrounded by his family.

He was born in Bradford, PA, a son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Peroginelli) Persichini.

Carl was married to the former Karen Bell. He was a graduate of Bradford Central Christian High School, class of 1966; and St. Bonaventure University, class of 1973.Carl was a teacher for the Wilson Area High School, until retiring in 2007.

He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church; negotiator for Wilson Education Association, PSEA, NEA, and a 3 ^rd Degree member of Knights of Columbus. Carl was an assistant football coach for Wilson Area High School, and Allentown Central Catholic High School. He was an average golfer. He was a huge Penn State fan where he was a tailgater extraordinaire. He attended many of his grandchildren's activities and sporting events with great joy.

In addition to his wife, Carl is survived by his daughters Kristin Evancho of Palmer Twp., Kelly Witmer and husband Brian of Nazareth; a sister Mary Kay Grim and husband Jeff of Macungie; a brother Gary Persichini and wife Jeanine of Plano, TX; grandchildren Kayla, Emily, Kyle, and Cody; sister-in-law Barb Lyons; and brother-in-law John Bell.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 31, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with an additional calling hour on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Entombment will be private at the convenience of the family.
