Carlos Roberto Velez, Jr., 42, of Easton, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in his home.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA, a son of Cynthia Winifred Davis and the late Carlos Roberto Velez, Sr.

Carlos was married to the former Maritza Urriago. He was a contractor for many years which included jobs like roofing, electrical, and HVAC. He was a proud Sgt. at Arms of the Templar Knights Motorcycle Club, The Bushkill Chapter.  He was a passionate Raiders fan. Carlos enjoyed coaching for the Wilson Midget Football Association.

In addition to his mother and his wife, Carlos is survived by sons, Alexander Romero, Hernando Rizo, Ethan Harris, and Nathan McAlister; sisters, Crystal Gayle Smith and husband Reginald, Latoya Bryson, and Crystal Brown; brothers, Taylor Brown, Donovan Velez, and Dominic Velez; three nieces and nephews, Asher Smith, Skylar Smith, and Carter Smith; maternal grandmother, Mary Alice Smith Kitchen; maternal great grandparents, Sula and Murray Free; paternal grandparents, Carmen L. Velez and Adrián Centeño; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton PA (Palmer Township), a funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
