Carmela R. Bigley, 94, of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 in Manor Care Nursing Home.

Carmela was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Zucchero) Salvero.

Carmela was married to John Bigley, Jr. until his passing in 1979. She was a sewing machine operator for A&H Sportswear until retiring in 2000. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards.

Carmela was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, South Side Senior Center, West Easton Athletic Association, and Northampton County Senior Center.

Carmela is survived by a son John J. Bigley and wife Elaine of Williams Twp.; a daughter Rosemary Fornaciari and husband Richard of North Myrtle Beach, SC; a brother Sam Salvero of Forks Twp; grandchildren Jason Bigley, Joey Bigley, Michael Fornaciari, Tania OGrady; great-grandchildren Ryan, Krista, Ricky, Megan, Thatcher, and Tate. She was preceded in death by a brother; James Salvero.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the funeral home.
