Name: Carmella Rinaldi, 95 of Forks Twp., passed away Friday April 22, 2011 in Manor Care, Palmer. Born: She was born on May 5, 1915 in Sao Paulo, Italy a daughter of the late Michael and Salvatrice Spano Padula. Personal: Carmella was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Frank Rinaldi on August 11, 1995. Carmella and Frank owned and operated Rinaldi Farms together for over 45 years. She later was employed as a seamstress for numerous garment manufacturers until her retirement in 1975. Memberships: Carmella was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Easton. She also was a member of the Sacred Heart Sodality, Mother Cabrini Society, Circolo San Placido Society, Castel Club and ILGWU. Survivors: Carmella is survived by her sons, Anthony and wife Barbara of Forks Twp., Michael and wife Ruth of Forks Twp., Paul and wife Constance of Forks Twp.; sisters Josephine Pazics of Northampton, Rose Crivellaro of Williams Twp., Mary Fichtel of Forks Twp., Loretta Gallo of Illinois; a brother Frank Padula of Palmer Twp.; grandchildren Brenda Stewart, Beth, Anthony, Paul Jr, Joseph and Christine Rinaldi; step-grandchildren Jason and Beth Schuler and great grandchildren Brett Stewart, Luke and Grace Rinaldi. Carmella is preceded in death by brothers Paul, Samuel, Joseph, Michael and James. Services: Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6:30pm until 8:30pm and Tuesday from 8:15am until 9:15am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00am in the church, 9th and Lehigh Streets in Easton. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
