Carol Emily (Rassmussen) Pinter, 81, of Bethlehem Twp. passed away on September 29, 2022. Born on November 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude Unagest and husband Vincent and the late Martin Rassmussen.

She and her husband, Frank Pinter, celebrated 31 years of marriage this year. Carol was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown where she participated in the Senior Group and enjoyed many of their bus trips. During the holidays, she was well known for her baking. She loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by her sons, Brian Murphy and wife, Han of Bethlehem, PA, Bernard Murphy of Nazareth, PA; daughters, Catherine Murphy and companion, Lisa Gross of Easton, PA, Betsy Stephens and husband, Lin of Flowery Ranch, GA, Mary Andrews and husband, Karl of Laguna Niguel, CA, Bernadette Galati of Stewardsville, NJ; brother Martin Rassmussen and companion, Diane Pearly of Greenbrook, NJ; grandchildren, James, Amy, Andrew, Jason, Jenna, Melissa, Timmy, Chris, Stefanie, Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Sol, Madison, Austin, Bentley, Madelyn, Jude, Joey, Jayden, and Camdyn.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Turner.

Calling hours will be Monday, October 3, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 9:00 am until 10:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) A funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Linden Street, Bethlehem.
