Carol B. Tarsi, 82, of Easton, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in Manor Care, Palmer Twp.

Carol was born in the Bronx, NY, a daughter of the late Clyde and Ruth (Nolf) Carpenter.

Carol was married to Richard Tarsi, with whom she celebrated 60 years of marriage last October 6th. She was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1952, and received her Associates Degree from Churchman Business College in 1954. She was a cash office supervisor at Clover Department Store for many years, before retiring in 1996. Carol was very creative, and an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed making keepsakes for loved ones.

Carol was a member and served as volunteer at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. She was also a member and served as secretary and treasurer of AARP, was a Girl Scout Leader and was active in PTA.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by daughters Eileen Albert and husband Reginald of Auburn, ME, Janice Mikitsh and husband John of Capitol Heights, MD, Karen Morris and husband Gregory of Nazareth, PA; a brother Clyde Carpenter and wife Margaret of Bangor, PA; grandchildren Jordan Marie Adams, Justine Zinskie and husband Harry, John Mikitsh, Jonathan Albert, Peter Mikitsh, Zachary Albert, Emily Albert, and Veronica Morris.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Monday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 12:00 noon in St. Jane Frances Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Palmer Twp. Interment will be in Church Hill Cemetery, Martins Creek, PA.
