Catherine M.  Panuccio, 95, of Wind Gap, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020 in Country Meadows Nursing Home, in Bethlehem.

Catherine was born in Cementon, PA; a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Neupauer) Haas. She celebrated 68 years of marriage with Rocco Panuccio whom passed in 2019.

Catherine was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a hardworker towards the family business, Panuccio Construction for many years until retiring in 1989. Catherine was an avid reader, and spent 25 wonderful years with her husband in Siesta Key, Florida.

Catherine was a member of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, in Easton, PA.

Catherine is survived by a son Joseph Panuccio and his wife Tylene, of Easton, daughter Kathy Ostrich, of Wind Gap, 7 grandchildren Monica, Charissa, Brian, Tara, Kate, Trisha, Gregory, 7 great grandchildren Aiden, Evan, Rocco, Isabella, Liviana, Vincente and Alexander. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by a daughter Diane M. Mattes and 13 siblings  Irene, Anne, Edward, Susie,  Mary Verdensky, Margaret Bundra, Helen Michelanski, and Anna Hajdinyak,  John, Joe, Steve, Frank, and Bernard Haas.

Services will be private and under the direction of Morello Funeral Home Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street Easton, PA 18045. Interment will take place in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.morellofuneralhome.com
