Born: She was born on May 28, 1935 in Bethlehem, a daughter of the late Sterling and Catherine Henry Zettlemoyer. Personal: Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan in 2012. She was employed for American Can for 26 years before retiring in 2001. She enjoyed spending time at the Easton Senior Center. Catherine loved swimming and had a great love for her grandchildren. Memberships: She was a member of Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church in West Easton. Survivors: Catherine is survived by sons Ivan and wife Donna Somyk of Belvidere, NJ, Taras and wife Christine Somyk of Phoenix, AZ; daughters Rosemarie and husband Heath Simons of Wilson Boro., Irene and husband Scott Francis of Baltimore, MD; sisters Louise Lipski, Lucy Sylvester; brothers Jake, Richard, Arthur Zettlemoyer; grandchildren Lance and Lauren Caldwell, Ashley and Alyssa Somyk, Taylor and Alayna Somyk and a great grandchild Chance Caldwell. A brother William Zettlemoyer preceded Catherine in death. Services: Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11:00am in the Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd. Palmer Twp.
