Cecile "Cece" M. Tucker, 81, of Easton, PA passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Cece was born in Winthrup, NY a daughter of the late James Henry and Francis Daisy (Hill) Ruff.

She graduated in 1956 from Friendship High School, in NY. She then went on to receive her art education from the Art Instruction School of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She studied art with noted artists and known published watercolorists Fred Bees, Arthur Barbour, Al Brouillette, Tony Couch, Mary Ann Beckwith and Pat Dews.  Cece competed in many juried and invitational art shows in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Rhode Island and won numerous awards. Her paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and abroad. She enjoyed the refreshing and challenging medium of watercolors and was most noted for her floral and sensitive country scenes. She expanded her talents into the use of acrylics for the creation of abstract paintings which allowed her more freedom of expression. Cece's strong, clean, crisp, yet delicate style made her work unique.

She worked for Capital Airlines for several years, before seeking her goal as a self-employed artist.

Cece was a member of the Bethlehem Palette Club and Paint Box Art Club. She enjoyed spending her time painting, reading and being with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband Richard, of 59 years, and will be adoringly remembered by her son Bradley Tucker and his wife Lori, of Danielsville, PA; daughter Tamara Tucker Mehlig and her husband Edmund, of Nazareth; four grandchildren, Braden, Rylan, Sarah, Marissa, and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by daughter, Linda and sister, Amelia Fry.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 9 ^th , 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). Additional Calling hour will be held on Thursday, October 10 ^th , 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Northampton Memorial Shrine, in Palmer Twp.
