Name: Cesare J. Torcivia, 79, of Easton, PA, passed away Tuesday, March 22nd in Easton Nursing Center. Born: Cesare was born on April 29, 1931 in Easton, PA, a son of the late John and Angelina Leardi Torcivia. Personal: Cesare was a supervisor for New Quaker Dye, retiring in 1996. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Memberships: Cesare was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, the Lester Pfefer American Legion in Wilson, and many other organizations. Survivors: Cesare is survived by his wife, the former Dolores Falcone; sons Philip Torcivia of Carlsbad, CA, Noel Torcivia and his wife Anna of Indian Trail, NC; daughters Roxanne Torcivia of Easton, Tara Torcivia of Reading, Crystal Torcivia of Easton, Karen Catlow of FL, Syndee Caffrey of Easton; eight grandchildren and one great- grandchild. He is preceded in death by his sister Sarah Callie, and his brother Anthony Torcivia. Services: Calling of ashes will be held on Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA 18045.
