Charlotte F. Mulvihill, 81, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015 in St. Lukes Hospital. Charlotte was born in Buckingham County, VA, a daughter of the late Elben James and Nannie Alberta (Newton) Frame. Charlotte was married to Timothy Michael Mulvihill before his passing in 1996. She was a graduate of John Marshall High School in Richmond, VA. Charlotte is survived by a daughter Charleen Burik and husband John of Palmer Twp.; a brother Albert Yeatman Frame and wife Beverly of Sarasota, FL; grandchildren Vincent LaFragola Jr., Sara Ashligh Burik, and Anne Charlotte LaFragola. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a daughter Dona Marie LaFragola; sisters Bessie Williams, Anne Lickey, Audrey Powell; brothers Glyde, Jesse ,and Richard Frame. Services will be held in the spring in Charlottes home state of Virginia at the convenience of the family.
