Christina N. Burgio, 97, of Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 in her daughter's home where she has resided for the last 18 yrs.  She was surrounded by her family.

She was born in Pittston, PA, a daughter of the late Salvatore "Sam" and Rose (Gerraci) DeAlba.

Christina was married to Dominick Burgio for 55 years until his passing in 2003. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Christina enjoyed entertaining, cooking her famous Italian dishes for her family, playing Bingo with her friends, crocheting beautiful blankets and spending time in Florida during the winter months.  She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Christina is survived by a son Samuel "Sam" Burgio and wife Judith; a daughter Joanne McMurtrie and husband William of Easton; grandchildren Roselle, Carissa and husband Kenny, Callie and husband Nigel, and Tory and wife Deven; great-grandchildren Ava, Bianca, Blaise, Ella, and Luca. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters Petrina Leonardi, Felicia DeAlba; and a brother William DeAlba.

Family and friends are invited to a public calling hour on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9 ^th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA.
