Vernon, NY, a daughter of the late Louis A. and May C. (Loughran) Fisher. Personal: Claire worked as an administrator for the Association of National Advertising for over 40 years, retiring in 1990. Survivors: Claire is survived by several nieces and a nephew. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Ball; a sister, Regina Rose; and a brother, Al Fisher.
