Name: Concetta Connie LaDuca Drago, 79, of Easton, passed away on Sunday, November 6th in her home. Born: Connie was born on June 26, 1932 in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Gaspare and Gaetana LaDuca. Personal: She was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1950. Memberships: Connie was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and the choir for many years. She also served as a Eucharistic minister and was a member of the Sacred Heart Sodality. In her earlier years, she was employed by the Colonial Store and Alan Shop, both formerly of Easton. Her greatest devotion in life was to her family. Connie loved to make other people happy and enjoyed volunteering as a caregiver to the elderly. She was loved by everyone who met her. Her belief in God sustained her through her illness. Survivors: Connie is survived by her husband Salvatore Drago, with whom she celebrated 58 years of marriage on September 12th. In addition to her husband, Connie is survived by sons Francis and his wife Renee of Palmer Twp., Thomas and his wife Julie of Bushkill Twp.; daughter Donna and her husband Michael Lukachek of Palmer Twp.; a brother Salvatore LaDuca and his wife Lina, a brother Joseph LaDuca, and a brother Carmelo LaDuca and his wife Beverly, all of Easton; grandchildren Michele Gubish, Daniel, Tyler, Cara, and Adam Drago, Ryan and Lauren Lukachek, and great-grandchild Abigail Gubish. She is preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Linda Markle Drago, who passed away in 1990. Services: Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and also on Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th and Lehigh Street, Easton, PA. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
