Connie Rose Scalzo, 68 of Palmer Twp. passed away Wednesday November 11, 2009 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro. Born: She was born on April 17, 1941 in Easton a daughter of the late Quintino and Lucy Febbo Chiavetta. Personal: Connie and her husband John C. Scalzo celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary this past September. She was a self employed beautician for many years and later retired from Lafayette College where she had been employed as a clerk for 16 years. Memberships: Connie was a member of St. Jane Frances De Chantal Catholic Church in Palmer Twp. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Connie is survived by her daughter Lisa and husband Jeffrey Ross of Orefield, PA and grandchildren Adrienne and Jacob Ross. Services: A calling hour will be held on Saturday from 10:00am until 11:00am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11:00am in the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
