Cvetan Georgiev, 79, of Northampton, formerly of Easton, PA passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 5,1946 in Skopje, Macedonia, he was the son of the late Dimitrija and Doca (Petrasa) Georgiev. Cvetan came to the United States in 1974 and was proud to come to this country.

Cvetan was a member of St. Skirl and Macedonia Orthodox Church in Cedar Grove, NJ. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In his younger years, he took pride and joy in coaching his children's basketball and soccer teams. He also loved to fish and play cards. He worked in the stainless-steel industry throughout his career retiring in his late 60s.

Cvetan is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mirjana (Siljanovski) Georgiev; a son, Dimitrija  "Jimmy" Georgiev and his wife, Rachel of Phoenix, MD; a daughter, Katarina Smith and her husband, Justin of Hellertown, PA; grandchildren, Isabella, Preston, Hudson, Charlotte; sisters, Danca Stojkovski;Victorija Ristovski and her husband, Dragon of Macedonia; sisters-in-law, Ana Jovic; Tamara Ballas and her family; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) An additional calling hour will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
