David E. Fleck, 79, of Easton passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital Anderson Campus. Born in Altoona, PA on April 28, 1945 he was a son of the late Ernest Fleck and Betty (Borst) Schlecht and her late husband Bud.

He graduated from Phillipsburg High School. He served in the United States Airforce from 1965 to 1968. He taught himself accounting while he worked. He became certified and opened his own business, David E. Fleck Public Accountant. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Easton. David was also a member of the American Legion Brown and Lynch Post 9, Concordia Maennerchor, PA Society of Tax Accountants where he served as a past president of the Lehigh Valley area and the state. He also served as the Treasurer for the City of Easton for 12 years. David had a love for music and was an avid drummer. His greatest enjoyment in life was his family, especially his grandchildren.

David is survived by his wife of 27 years, Lois (Wood) Fleck; sons, Michael Fleck and his wife, Alison; Jason Frenchko and his wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Miranda Frenchko, Lindsay Frenchko, and David H. Fleck; sister, Linda Kern and her husband Cliff; and a brother, John Fleck and his wife, Terri.

A calling hour will be held from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025 at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 9th and Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA.
