David C. Prentice, 61, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023. Born on November 6, 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of Sara (Yohe) and the late James R. Prentice. David graduated in 1980 from Chartiers Valley High School and earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from John Carroll University. He worked as a chemical salesperson for several chemical companies for 20 years.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bath, PA. David was an avid golfer who taught golf at Northampton Community College. He coached CYO track and enjoyed watching his daughters' theater productions while they were growing up. David would also lend a helping hand and volunteer for the productions.

In addition to his mother, Sara Prentice of Pittsburgh, PA, David is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Rose Marie (Colarusso) Prentice; his daughters, Samantha Prentice of Easton, PA; Madeline Prentice of Lemont, IL; sister Michelle Prentice of Pittsburgh, PA; and brother, James Prentice and his wife, Mary of Winthrop, MA.
