Born: She was born on February 26, 1927 in Easton a daughter of the late Peter and Alice Lorenzo Bisco. Personal: Della and her husband John P. Frank celebrated 68 years of marriage together. She was a graduate of Easton High School class of 1945. Memberships: Della was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Easton. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Della is survived by her sons John A. Frank and wife Theresa Frank of Easton, Victor Frank and wife Barbara of Allentown, Peter Frank and wife Suzann of Bethlehem; daughter Rosemary Tarof of Quakertown and grandchildren Christine, Michael, Emily, Maxwell and Brittany. Her sister Betty Angst and brothers John and Anthony Bisco preceded Della in death. Services: A calling hour will be held on Thursday from 12:00pm until 1:00pm in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp.
