Denise Elizabeth Russell, 54, of Easton, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in her home.

Denise was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of James Russell and the late Martha (Badway) Russell.

Denise was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1982, and received her Associates Degree from Northampton Community College in 1988. She was a Registered Nurse for Easton Hospital for over 20 years, and Overlook Hospital in New Jersey for several years. She attended Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church.

Denise is survived by a son Zackery Hankerson of Hellertown; a daughter Alexis Hankerson of Bethlehem; and a brother David Russell of Forks Twp.

A calling hour will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com.
