Dolores Ballister, 87, of Easton, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus.

Dolores was born in Wilkes Barre, PA, a daughter of the late Frank and Anna Grohowski.

Dolores was married to Matthew Ballister, with whom she celebrated 67 years of marriage on June 6. She was a graduate of East Orange High School, NJ. Dolores was a tax collector for the boro of New Providence, NJ until retirement. She loved traveling, and learning about history.

She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.

In addition to her husband, Dolores is survived by her sons Matthew D. Ballister and wife Liza of CA, Thomas J. Ballister of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Jarrett, and Eric.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 1817 First Street, Bethlehem, PA 18020. Interment will be in Bethlehem Memorial Park.
