Name: Domenica Nicolosi, 92, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 21st in St. Lukes Hospital. Born: Domenica was born on March 21, 1919, in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Angelo and Giuseppina Salamone Billone. Personal: Domenica was preceded in death by her husband Lucio Nicolosi in 2004. She worked as a seamstress in the local garment industry, retiring in 1981. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was dedicated to her family and church. She was loved and will be truly missed by her family and friends. She was very active, enjoying her knitting, walking, cooking and gardening. Memberships: She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Circolo San Placido, the Golden Age Society and ILGWU Unite. Survivors: Domenica is survived by her son Joseph Nicolosi and wife Gertrude of Palmer Twp., with whom she resided; grandchildren, Lucio Nicolosi and wife Christine, Placida Lameo and husband Scott, Domenic Nicolosi, Josephine and husband Dave Zimmerman; great-grandchildren, Angela, Krystin, Tyler, Joseph, Noella, Kyle, Jason and step-great grandchildren Zachary and Brandon. In addition to her husband, Domenica is preceded in death by her daughter Giuseppina Nicolosi; sisters Placida Centineo, Maria Danubio, Rosaria Patti, Antonina Danubio and brothers Rosario Billone and Rosario Billone. Services: Calling hours will be held on Monday from 8am to 10:30am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00am in St. Anthonys Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Street, Easton, PA. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery.
