Dominic J. Fim Fimiano, 88, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 in Easton Hospital. Born: Fim was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Frank and Mary Fimiano. Personal: Fim was married to the former Gloria DePaul, celebrating 64 years of marriage last June 18. He was a Maintenance Plumber for Easton Area School District for 40 years before retiring, and later was employed as a tipstaff for Northampton County Court of Common Pleas for several Northampton County Judges. Fim was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1944. He also served his country in the US Army. He volunteered his services for many civic organizations throughout the Easton Area. He co-chaired and volunteered at St. Anthonys Festa for many years. Memberships: Fim was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and the Holy Name Society where he served as financial secretary and was instrumental in the society's fundraising campaigns for many years. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Fim is survived by a daughter Deborah Mitchell and husband Terry of Palmer Twp.; a brother Anthony Fimiano of Palmer Twp.; a grandchild Jason Mitchell; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a brother Joseph Fimiano. Services: Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and also on Saturday from 9:15 am to 10:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA.
