Dominic C. Gaito, 100, of Easton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 in Brakeley Park Center, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Dominic was born May 20, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA; he was a son of the late Dominic and Filomena (Freida) Gaito.

Dominic was married to the former Maria Liquori until her passing on January 24, 2019. Dominic was a Chemical Blender with Publicker Industries in Philadelphia until his retirement in 1984. He also worked for the Court of Common Pleas at City Hall in Philadelphia. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Dominic is survived by a daughter Joanne Donofrio and husband John of Easton; a grandson John Donofrio and wife Stephanie and grandson Gianni of Bethlehem; a sister Phyllis Muratore and husband Joe of Delaware County; and a brother Frank of Virginia; sister-in-law Anne Condo of Philadelphia; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a son Dominic, and sisters Rachel Gaito, and Margaret Nigroni.

A calling hour will be held on Monday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 am in the church. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Williams Twp. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
