Donald Louis DeGroff, 86, of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 in his home.

Donald was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Percy Louis and Lula Mae (Wasser) DeGroff.

Donald was married to the former Catherine Frasier. He was a graduate of Wilson High School, and served as a corporal in the Marines during the Korean War. He was an Electrician for Crowder Jr. Co. for 35 years, and later IBEW Local 367, from where he retired in 1992.

Donald was a member of Wesley Methodist Church, Safety First Fire Co., and a retired member of IBEW Local 102.

In addition to his wife, Donald is survived by a son Donald Lee DeGroff of Northampton; a brother Lee Robert DeGroff of Peosta, IA; and two grandchildren Carley and Corey. He is preceded in death by his sons John DeGroff and David Louis DeGroff; and a daughter Gail Ann DeGroff.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a combined memorial service for Donald and his wife Catherine on Friday June 3rd at 10:00am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.).
