Donald R. Schinstine, Sr., 93, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, January 18, 2021.

He was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late William and Ruth (Hahn) Schinstine.

Donald was married to the former Joyce Bussenger, until her passing in 2011. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a foreman for Verizon, former Bell of PA, and Bell Atlantic until retiring in 1988. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and the Easton Lodge.

Donald is survived by his sons Dr. Donald R. Schinstine and wife Jeanette, Roger Schinstine; a daughter Debra Goldstein; grandchildren Stephanie Dunn, Claudia Iannelli and husband Nicholas, Robert Fetherman and wife Melissa, Ervin Fetherman and wife Casey, Amanda Schinstine, Erin Priest and husband Garth, and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by a daughter Pamela Fetherman; and brothers William, and Kenneth Schinstine.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 10:30 am in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
