Eleanore M. Woodring, 85, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Saucon Valley Manor Care. Eleanore was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Redas) Grainda. Eleanore was married to William W. Woodring, Jr before his passing in December 2014. She was a graduate of Phillipsburg Catholic High School. She attended Fordham University in New York, received her bachelors Degree in Art from Georgian Court College in Lakewood, NJ in 1963, her Masters Degree of Arts in Counseling in 1970 Catholic University of America in Washington DC. Eleanore was a Finance Administrator for W-Graphics in Easton, before retiring in 1998. She enjoyed astrology, doll collecting, basketball, the Sixers, and Ice Skating. Eleanore was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, Easton Heritage Alliance, Friends of the State Theater, and served as member of the Religious Sisters in North Plainfield, NJ. Eleanore is survived by her step-sons Thomas Woodring of Easton, Ronald Woodring and wife Geri of Sinking Spring, Gary Woodring of Seattle, WA; a sister Mary McNulty of Phillipsburg, NJ; a brother John M. Grainda and wife Rose of Mechanicsburg, PA; grandchildren Gina, Jason, Angela, Kristen, Kurtis, Kevin, Nathan; great-grandchildren Madeline, Brady, Olivia, Chase, Evan, and Maxeen. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Chando. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a funeral service at 6:30 pm in the funeral home.
