Elizabeth (Silva) Hernandez, 48, of Easton, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, in St. Luke's Easton Campus.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Reynaldo Silva, Sr. and Nitza Abraham. She attended school in New York and later moved to the Easton area. She worked alongside her husband in the family business, Hernandez Floorcare Services.

During her spare time, Elizabeth liked to garden. She enjoyed reading and listening to scripture. Elizabeth loved to spend time with her family and her beloved dog, Scooby, most of all.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Nelson Hernandez; son, David Ruiz, Jr. and his companion, Nicolett Lugo, of NY; daughters, Jocylyn Hernandez of NY; Melanie Hernandez of Easton; grandchildren, Michael Ruiz, Julius Ruiz, Ethan Ruiz; sister, Angelica Nieves of Stroudsburg; brothers, Henry Abraham and his wife, Diane, of Stroudsburg, Harry Silva and his wife, Audrey, of NY, Reinaldo David Silva of MA, and Alexi Daniel Silva of MA.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Reynaldo Silva, Jr. and Ricardo Jose Silva.

Calling hours will be 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA 18045. (Palmer Twp.) Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's New Cemetery, Easton.
