Name: Elizabeth S. Knowlson, 71 of Palmer Twp., passed away on Friday April 13, 2012 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro. Born: She was born on March 2, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY a daughter of the late Harry and Carin Momquist Seagren. Personal: Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband George Blaco Knowlson Jr. in 1994. She was employed as a medical secretary for Dr. Terry Pundiak in Easton for many years retiring in 1995. Memberships: She was a member of Palmer Moravian Church in Palmer Twp. where she served as sacristan for several years, belonged to Chancel Choir and Sanctuary Ringers and volunteered visiting the shut-ins. Elizabeth also volunteered with tumor registry at Easton Hospital, was a member of Easton Senior Circle, and the Palmer Fire Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors: Elizabeth is survived by her son, Eric George Knowlson of Palmer Twp., daughter Karin Knowlson Vangeli of Palmer Twp., a brother Erik Seagren of St. Louis, Missouri and grandchildren Noah and Harrison Vangeli. Services: A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30am in Palmer Moravian Church, 2901 John St. Palmer Twp. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private.
