Survivors: Elizabeth is survived by her son Patrick Lewis of Virginia; daughters Debra Flavelle of Palmer Twp., Terrie Ann Bartley of Virginia, Holly Augustine of Maryland; sisters Linda Johnson of Kentucky, Kay Boone of Kentucky; a brother Robert Newell of Kentucky and 11 grandchildren.
