Name: Emily R. Onorata, 89. formerly of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, August 16th in Alexandra Manor, Bath, PA Born: Emily was born on February 8, 1921 in Easton PA. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Falcone Buongiorno. Personal: Emily lost her beloved husband, Al, in 2002. Emily was a homemaker with a passion for sewing and caring for others. She made everyone happy with her warm smile and many kind deeds. She never hesitated to say love ya Emily was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1938. Memberships: Emily was a beautiful person in every way. She led a full, meaningful and faith-filled life. Emily was a devout Christian who believed in the power of prayer. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Easton. Survivors: Emily is survived by her daughters Louise Edgcomb and her husband Jeffrey of Stroudsburg, PA and Rosemary Holler and her husband Steven of Walnut port, PA; a sister Eleanor Fonte of Alpha, NJ, a brother Frank Buongiorno of Easton; grandchildren: Amy Huffman, Steven Holler, and David Holler; and great-grandchildren: Alexis and Owen. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Onorata, and sisters: Corinne Buongiorno and Rosemary Alfier. Services: A calling hour will be held on Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Easton Heights Cemetery.
