Ernest Colabella, 85, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017.

Ernest was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Nicola and Carmela (LeDonne) Colabella.

He was a proprietor for Cost Plus Distributing. He was a member of St. Colemans Catholic Church of Pompano Beach, FL.

Ernest is survived by his partner Bernard Donahue; a sister Marie Antoinette Verenna of Stewartsville, NJ; and a brother Joseph Colabella of Bethlehem, PA. He is preceded in death by a brother Philip Colabella.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional visitation on Tuesday from 8:30 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
