Memberships: She was a member of Hecktown Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors: Etta is survived by her daughter Joann Kostenbader of Palmer Twp.; a brother Charles Bickford of Forks Twp., grandchildren Allyson Kostenbader, Jennifer Cole and great grandchildren Abigail and Ryan. A daughter Ruth Indovina, a sister Evelyn Gregor and brothers William, Fralen, Herman and Harry Bickford preceded Etta in death. Services: A calling hour will be held Tuesday from 12:00pm until 1:00pm in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.
