Evelyn Theresa (Galley) Harley, 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in her home, Easton, PA. Born May 19, 1937 to the late Charles James Galley Sr. and Margaret Henrietta (Kent) Galley. She attended St. Bernard Catholic School in Easton.

On September 25, 1971, Evelyn married her sweetheart, George P. Harley, Sr. and in 1974, they had a son, George P. Harley, Jr. She worked for The Express Times and won "Contract Driver of the Month" award before retiring in 1999. Evelyn loved to play sports. She played on a local women's traveling softball team, The All-Stars. She belonged to several bowling leagues at BarDon Lanes in Palmer Twp. and enjoyed bowling with her grandson on the Wii. She loved to fish and was a member of the Stockertown Rod and Gun Club. She volunteered on the Palmer Twp. Emergency Squad.

In addition to her husband and son, Evelyn is survived by a grandson, George P. Harley, III; and a brother-in-law, Vincent Presto, Sr. She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles Galley and Richard Galley, Sr.; and a sister, Bernadine Presto.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.).
