Francasio I. Belarmino, 87, of Palmer Twp, PA passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025. Born May 12, 1938 in the city of Cebu in the Philippines, he was a son of the late Jose and Natividad (Intud) Belarmino.

Francasio earned his Doctorate from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines. In his professional career, Francasio worked as a lawyer, insurance agent, and financial advisor. During his time as a financial advisor at John Hancock, he earned the Million Dollar Club Award. He later started his own company, Medical Management Corporation.

He was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantel Roman Catholic Church in Easton. Francasio was also a member of the Knights of Columbus in the Philippines and the Bukas Loob Sa Diyos Catholic Religious Community.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalie Belarmino, with whom he celebrated 60 years of marriage in December 2024. He is also survived by his son Joselito S. Belarmino and wife Gladys of Easton, PA, and grandchildren Kellie Rose and Alexander.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Judge Raphael Belarmino and sister Inday Villamore.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) An additional calling hour will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 AM in St. Jane Frances de Chantel Roman Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA. Interment will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rosalie Belarmino to be used for the Saint Vincent De Paul Society of the Church.
