Ballanti, 89, of Easton, PA passed away on Tuesday, July 20th in Bethlehem surrounded by her family. *Born*: Frances was born on July 1, 1921 in Newark, NJ, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Raffaela Amenta Russo. *Personal:* Frances worked as a credit specialist for Associated Credit Bureau, retiring at the age of 75. She was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1940. Frances was of the Catholic Faith. *Memberships:* Franny held various offices in the Keystone Shuffleboard League for four decades, from the 70s into the first decade of the current century. She often served as Captain of the West Easton Athletic Association Shuffleboard Team during those years and always played on the team as well. She spent many happy Saturday nights waitressing at the WEAA through the years. Additionally, she was also a member of several other social clubs in the Easton area. *Survivors:* Frances is survived by her daughters, Donna Marie Denkowski of Gilbertsville, PA and Terri Trigiani, and her son-in-law Anthony M. of Bethlehem,PA, two granddaughters Jennifer and Jessica Denkowski. She is preceded in death by her husband James Ballanti and her brother Jake Russo. *Services:* A calling hour will be held on Saturday from 12:30 pm to 1:30pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) with a funeral service at 1:30 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
