Francis M. Sanita, 77, of Easton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born: Francis was born in Herkimer, NY, a son of the late Mark and Antoinette (Gigliotti) Sanita. Personal: Francis was married to the former Louise Vallese, celebrating 52 years of marriage last September 2. He was a graduate of Herkimer High School, class of 1955, and Kerpel School of Dental Technology in Manhattan, class of 1958. He served in the US Army stationed in Ft. Richardson, Alaska. Francis was a Certified Dental Technician and owner of Sana-Dent Studio in Easton for 20 years, and later worked in the technical sales department of Dentsply International in York, PA. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, skier and hunter. He was a professional ski instructor for many years at both Jack Frost and Shawnee Mountains. Memberships: Francis was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where he was very active and served as Sacristant. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Francis is survived by sons Richard J. Sanita and wife Lisa of Sinking Spring, PA, Mark J. Sanita and wife Ellen of Wellington, FL, Jason J. Sanita and wife Jennifer of Bethlehem, PA; a sister Carol Sanita Ocuto and husband Jimmy of Mohawk, NY; a brother Dennis Sanita and wife Linda of Herkimer, NY; grandchildren Adam, Jordan, Dylan, and Veronica. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, PA. Inurnment will be in Holy Family Cemetery.
