Name: Frederick E. Dickt, 84 of Bethlehem passed away Sunday October 18, 2009 in Triumph Hospital, Wilson Boro. Born: He was born on September 19, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois a son of the late Frederick Ernest and Marie Geiser Dickt. Personal: Frederick and his wife, the former Marianne Betsch celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary last October. He was employed as an electrical engineer for Lockheed Martin retiring in 1986. Frederick served in the US Merchant Marines during WWII and the Korean War. Memberships: He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Frederick is survived by a son F. Lawrence Dickt of Oak Hill, VA; his daughter Michele Cipriani of Bethlehem; grandchildren Christine, Melissa, Ryan and a great grandson Donovan. Frederick was loved by all. Services: A calling hour will be held on Wednesday from 9:15am until 10:15am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00am in the church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem. Interment will be on Thursday in Highland Cemetery, Hopewell, NJ.
